Versitas instructors are passionate about teaching. Here are a few of the men and women we are pleased to say are part of the Versitas team. We rotate the instructors here regularly so check back periodically to see if your favorite instructor is on the list.
Shane is a valued member of the Versitas training team. In additional to being the author / co-author of 10 computer books and having written over 300 articles for software publications, he has been designated by Microsoft as an MVP (Most Valuable Professional), a distinction reserved for a select group of individuals world-wide. The man is a walking software training encyclopedia.
Shane has taught over 2000 software training classes. Would you like him to teach your next class?
Miss Gonzalez, as we affectionately call her, is well known to our southern California clients (and those she travels to on assignment). Elaine is a certified Microsoft instructor with a passion for teaching. She consistently receives top marks on her student evaluations. Elaine is bilingual, and is comfortable training in both English and Hispanic learning environments (bet you didn’t know we taught in Spanish too!).
An Adobe Certified Instructor, Ruth has been teaching web development classes, as well as providing web development services, for the past ten years. Ruth takes pride in all aspects of training, from preparation to delivery to ensure all attendees have a great learning experience. She loves the outdoors, sports and is into white water rafting as well as scuba diving. She is much in demand and travels extensively throughout the US delivering classes.
Derek has been an instructor in the Silicon Valley for over 10 years. He is well versed in many of the Microsoft Office applications. Derek’s interests are varied. This former Army paratrooper spent a year as a nature guide in the Galapagos Islands and in his spare time he writes sci-fi books and gets around
town on his motorcycle. His classes are never boring.
Bob has been a software instructor for over 17 years (yes, computers were around then). Bob is well versed in all of the Microsoft Office applications and is also one of our most popular Microsoft Project instructors. A native of New York, Bob is also the author of a computer software book so he must know something. His classes are always entertaining as well as informative.
